Heard. This Application is made by the Plaintiff for return of original documents filed by them in the Trial Court in S.C.Suit No.554/2008. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that they may be permitted to withdraw the original documents as stated in the list of documents on page No.8 of the Civil Application, particularly at Sr.Nos. 2, 4 to 7 and 15 to 22.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant undertakes to place on record photocopies of the said original documents Basavraj G Patil 1/2

5.27.16-caf duly certified with an undertaking that they will bring back these original documents as and when they are directed to do so.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, following order is passed:

a.

The Applicant is permitted to take back the original documents as stated on page No.8 of the Civil Application, particularly at Sr.Nos. 2, 4 to 7 and 15 to 22 from the Registry of this court on furnishing photocopies of the same duly certified with an undertaking that they will bring back these original documents as and when they directed to do so.

b.

Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
