This appeal is preferred by the Insurance Co. challenging the judgment and award dated 05/05/2012 passed by the MACT, Pune in MACP No.351/2008 awarding sum of Rs.208642/- with 9% p.a. interest by way of compensation for physical injury caused in the accident to the Respondent-Claimant.
