This is an subsequent application seeking enlargement on bail. The earlier application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 3rd March 2017, on merits.

The learned APP submits that as on today only three witnesses are remained to be examined.

In view of this it would be appropriate to consider the application under section 439 of Cr.P.C. during the pendency of the trial. Moreover, there is no change in circumstance. Hence, the application stands rejected. The learned Sessions Court shall expedite the trial as far as possible.
