By a detailed order dated 18.11.2015, this Court has granted interim protection to the applicants. The learned APP on instructions submits that in pursuance of order dated 18.11.2015, the applicants have attended the Investigating Officer and co-operated in the process of investigation. She on instructions submits that the custodial interrogation of the applicants is no more required as it has been revealed during investigation that the present first information report has been lodged due to family dispute between the applicants and the original complainant.

In view of the above, the interim protection granted by order dated 18.11.2015 is hereby confirmed.
