The grievance of the Petitioner in his application dated 09.10.2017 pertains to medical negligence on the part of the Jail Staffs / Jail Authorities in considering the ailments of various inmates. There are several allegations made in the petition against the Jail Staff / Jail Authorities pertaining to medical negligence. 2.

In view of the above, we direct the DIG (Prison), Mumbai to consider the grievances mentioned in the petition and if the same still subsist, they may be redressed in accordance with law. 3.

The Writ Petition and Interim Application stand disposed of in the above terms.
