Heard learned counsel for the Applicant.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks extension of time of two weeks to deposit 20% of the compensation amount in the Sessions Court.

It appears that the Applicant had
challenged the order dated 13.05.2016 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Court Room No.29, Greater Bombay in M.A.No.1179 of 2016 in Cri.Appeal No.435 of 2016 directing the Applicant to deposit 20% of the compensation amount within one month from the date of the order. The said order was challenged by the Applicant in this Court by way of Cri.W.P.No.2204 of 2016. This Court vide order dated 04.07.2016 was pleased to reject the said Petition, as it did not find any infirmity in the impugned order dated 13.05.2016.
Accordingly, this Court directed the Applicant to deposit the said amount within a period of six weeks from the date of the order.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant was unable to deposit the said amount within the said period of six weeks. He submits that the Pay Order is ready. He has annexed a copy of the Pay Order at page
No.11 of this Application.

Considering the fact, that the Pay Order is ready, the Application is allowed & disposed of. Time to deposit the said Pay Order is extended by a period of one week from today. Registry of the Sessions Court to accept the said Pay Order bearing No.169843 dated 15.11.2016 drawn on 'The Bharat Co-operative Bank', Chembur branch, Mumbai.
Parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
