We have carefully perused the averments in the application / petition filed by the petitioner.

The grievances raised by the petitioner are vague, general and not sufficient to consider the prayers in the petition. 3.

In that view of the matter, we are unable to persuade ourselves to consider the prayers of the petitioner and grant any relief. However, it may be open for the petitioner to agitate his grievance(s) raised in this petition by way of filing proper petition with detailed and material particulars as also by citing the individual case which would strengthen the contentions of the petitioner.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 5.
