This Application is for carrying out typographical corrections in Civil Application No.1482/2013 by substituting figure Rs.9,97,590/- by Rs.7,61,495/- in paragraph 3 of the Civil Application and prayer clause (a).

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant following order is passed:

A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read thus:

33.4093.13-caf a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicant to amend the Civil Application No.1482/2013 by substituting the figure "9,97,590/-" in paragraph 3 and prayer (a) of the Civil Application No.1482/2013 in First Appeal No.245/2012 with the figure "7,61,495/-."

b) That the order dated 26/03/2014 (Exh.B) hereto passed in Civil Application No.1482/2013 in First Appeal No.245/2012 be rectified by substituting the figure "9,97,590/-" in paragraph 2, 3, 7 and 9(I) of the order dated 26/03/2014 by the figure "7,61,495/-".

B) The Applicant to carry out appropriate amendment as per clause (a) in Civil Application No.1482/2013 within four weeks from today.

C) Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly.
