Even otherwise, the learned counsel appearing for the RespondentZilla Parishad, Thane, makes a statement that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court, the Zilla Parishad, has already heard the Petitioners and passed orders. The Petitioners would be at liberty to invoke appropriate remedy available to them in law, upon being served with the orders of the Zilla Parishad.
