Parties are present with their respective counsel. Learned APP for respondent No.1. Parties jointly state that they have amicably settled the dispute.

Respondent No.2 through its authorized representative Mohammed Waseem Umar Sayed has tendered affidavit bringing on record settlement and giving no objection for quashing of FIR. 3.

FIR is for offence under sections 63 and 69 of The Copyrights Act 1957. It is not in dispute that in the meanwhile the applicant has procured necessary authorization.

In view of joint request made and no objection given in Court by Mohammed Wassem Umar Sayed, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
