The learned counsel for the Applicants states that since the Applicant No.2 expired and is survived by Applicant No.1, the objection raised regarding vakalatnama of the Applicant should be waived. Considering this position, the objection stands dispensed with. So also regarding the grounds of appeal. Sufficient cause is made out; Civil Application is accordingly allowed and the Second Appeal is restored to file.
