This is an application for bringing legal representatives of the sole respondent (since deceased) on record. The sole respondent expired on 23rd July, 2018 leaving behind legal representatives as mentioned in paragraph 3 of the application. The application is filed on 9th October, 2018. Office remark shows that the application is filed in time.
