The applicant is addicted to drugs. At the relevant time the applicant was admitted to the rehabilitation centre when he is accused of having committed an offence. The Jail Authorities to provide the necessary medical assistance and rehabilitation facilities as prescribed after examining the physical and medical condition of the applicant. 1/2
