We have heard both sides on the request of speaking

suresh 903-WPG-11529.2013.doc to the minutes of the order passed in the above writ petitions. The writ petitions were disposed of on 7-2-2018. 2.

There is a clerical error and therefore by consent of both sides, the following sentence in para 7, internal page 5, of the said order stands deleted:- "Rather, he had instituted such a suit earlier but failed to obtain any prohibitory order."

Apart from the above deletion, no other clerical error or ambiguity is pointed out.

The application for speaking to the minutes of the order is disposed of.
