This application is filed for condonation of delay of 76 days caused in filing the First Appeal. It is stated in the application that judgment and order was passed on 24.04.2017. Thereafter the applicants had applied the certified copy on 13.06.2017 and the same was ready and delivered on 06.07.2017. It is stated that the applicant had instructed to prefer the application. However, due to some personal difficulties the same could not be done and there is delay. 3.
