Mr. S. S. Hulke, the learned APP appearing for the Appellant/State, informs this Court that Ms. Rohini Salian is appearing for the Appellant/State, however, she is not keeping well. He therefore prays for time. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the contesting Respondents submits that this Appeal may be tagged for hearing with the Criminal Appeal No.281 of 2016 and connected Appeals thereto. She invites attention of this Court to the order dated 21/02/2020 passed by this Court (Coram : S S Shinde and V G Bisht, JJ) and submits that the Appeal numbers which are shown in the said order are arising out of the same judgment and order which is the subject matter of the present Appeal. Therefore, she prays that present Appeal may be heard along with the said Appeals.
