2] It is submitted that Respondent No.1, who is a developer, is likely to give possession of the flats from the rehab component to the Petitioners and other slum dwellers without obtaining Occupation Certificate. Secondly, it is submitted that Respondent No.1 is not likely to pay rent for the alternate accommodation which is given to the Petitioners.

2/2 WP/13568/16 3] Respondent No.1 has filed an affidavit-in-reply stating therein that he shall continue to pay rent till the Petitioners are accommodated in the rehab building.
