This is an application for intervention in CR NO.I246 of 2015 registered with Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Ambarnath, District-Thane and is now being investigated by the Economic Offences Wing, Thane.

For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the present application. The applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1658 of 2015 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant as respondent no.2. The amendment to be carried out within one week from today.
