The learned Counsel for the insurance company submits that the insurance company has deposited on 20.11.2017 the entire decretal amount alongwith interest accrued thereon i.e., Rs.18,75,747/-. She, therefore, prays that the impugned judgment and order dated 19.12.2015 passed in MACP No.1761 of 2009 be stayed pending appeal.

The appeal is already admitted. In view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the appellant/applicant, the interim stay 1 / 2
