This application has been filed in pursuance of the liberty granted by paragraph 7 of order dated 19th October, 2022. 2.

In the intervening period, it is revealed that the necessary compliance as per the order is not made as of today and, therefore, it is prayed that the date to appear before the learned Special Court be extended till 21st November, 2022.

In that view of the matter, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the learned Special Court on 21st November, 2022. It is made clear that the rest of the order dated 19th October, 2022
