1] Heard learned Counsel for parties through their Counsel. Prayer is made by the petitioner in this petition is to direct the respondents to assess / evaluate the petitioner No.2 - school for declaring it as eligible for sanction of grant in aid, as per the Government Resolution dated 15th November 2011 and thereafter to proceed further in accordance with law.

2] Keeping in view the aforesaid prayer, we dispose of this petition by directing the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider the request of the petitioner No.2 for declaring it as eligible for sanction of grand in aid, in

Let the decision on the request of petitioner No.2 be taken by respondent Nos. 2 and 3 within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2] Needless to state that this Court has not commented upon the merits of the matter and entitlement of petitioner No.2 for the aforesaid eligibility.
