Kuldeep Nikam, learned counsel for respondents no.1 and 2.

This is an application for bringing legal representatives of respondent no.3, since deceased on record. Respondent no.3 died on 25.9.2015 leaving behind respondents no. 3A to 3G. Application is filed in November, 2015. Ms. Prabhune submits that it is in time.

In view thereof and for the reasons

2/2 CAC/643/2015 stated in the Application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.

Amendment shall be carried out within one week from today and amended slip shall be handed over to other side.

List Civil Revision Application for admission on 2.2.2016.
