It is not in dispute that during the pendency of this Application, charge sheet has been filed against the Applicant before the concerned Court for the offence punishable under Sections 454 and 448 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Therefore, now a statutory remedy is available to the Applicant. .
