Heard. Leave to withdraw with liberty to renew the prayer for bail if the trial is not over by 31.8.2015. Trial Court seized with Sessions Case No.21 of 2014 arising out of Crime No.356 of 2013 registered with M.H.B. Police Station for the offence of gang rape punishable under sections 376 (D), 342, 323, 506, etc. of the IPC and 4, 8 and 12 of POCSA is hereby directed to commence and complete said trial at the earliest and in event before 31.8.2015 saving just exceptions. Applicant on his part shall cooperate for the expeditious disposal of the trial, as ordered.
