Learned counsel for the Applicant states that instead of pressing the prayer for bail he is making limited request to direct the Trial Court to commence and complete the trial in some time bound manner and granting liberty to the Applicant to renew the prayer for bail if the trial is not over within said period. 2.

The Applicant is in custody since 22.5.2013 and since every accused in custody has right of an early trial, the request deserves consideration.

The application stands disposed of as withdrawn. The Sessions Court seized with Sessions Case No.32 of 2013 arising out of crime No.407 of 2013 of Police Station for offence under section 376 of Megha 1 of 2

24_ba_2543_2014.doc the IPC and section 4 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012, is hereby directed to commence and complete the said sessions trial as early as possible and in any event by 31.8.2015 saving just exceptions. Applicant on his part shall cooperate for expeditious disposal of the trial as ordered. Liberty to the Applicant to renew the prayer for bail if the trial is not over within the said stipulated period.
