Learned Advocate for the applicant has filed consent terms signed by the applicant and respondents. The respondent Nos.1 and 2 are original complainants and the applicant is original accused. During the pendency of the present application, parties have mutually resolved their dispute. It is stated in the consent terms that the applicant's relative has paid an amount of Rs.3,50,000/- (Three Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) to the respondents and, therefore, the parties have resolved their dispute.

In view of the consent terms filed by both the sides, the conviction and sentence imposed by order dated 18th December 2019 in SCC No.2374 of 2018 by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate confirmed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nashik in Criminal Appeal No.18 of 2020 dated 31st October, 2022 is quashed and set aside.

The Criminal Revision Application stands disposed of in the above terms. No costs.

In view of this, the Interim Application does not survive and is disposed of as infructuous.
