This is an application seeking leave to file an appeal against the order of acquittal passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mumbai vide judgment and order dated 28th July 2017. The learned APP submitted that the findings given by the Trial Court are contrary to the evidence on record. Considering the issues involved in this matter, leave is required to be granted.

Hence, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) Leave to file an appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 28th July 2017 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Mumbai is granted; (ii) Appeal is admitted;

(iii) Call for record and proceedings.
