P.C.:

1] The petitioners contend that while disposing of the application tendered by the petitioners, the Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division issued certain directions to the Collector and Dy. Director (Rehabilitation), Pune on 27th October 2004. The petitioners, in pursuance to the directions issued by the Divisional Commissioner, approached the Collector on several occasions and tendered various representations. It is pointed out that the proceedings have been initiated in pursuance to the directions issued by the Divisional Commissioner and the petitioners were called upon to appear before the Collector by issuing notice in that behalf on 4th September 2015. The petitioners contend that though they have caused appearance before the Collector, no further progress has been made in the

2] In the circumstances, without entering into the merits of the controversy the instant writ petition stands disposed of with directions to the Collector and Dy. Director (Rehabilitation), Pune to take appropriate decision in furtherance of the directions issued by the Divisional Commissioner in the matter on 27th October 2004 and in observance of procedure prescribed in that behalf, after extending an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from today, if the proceedings have not yet been already disposed of.

3] In view of above, Writ Petition stands disposed of. (V. L. ACHLIYA, J.) (R.M.BORDE, J.)
