1] This is an application for the condonation of delay of 226 days, in preferring Revision Application against the judgment and order dated 19th December, 2016 in PWDVA Criminal Appeal No.50 of 2014, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Thane, whereby the appeal was allowed and the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Thane, below exh.4 in M.A.No.72 of 2013 was quashed and set aside. 2] The learned Magistrate had ordered the respondent No.1 to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.5,000/- per month to the applicant from 18th June, 2013 till decision of the application. 1/2

For the reasons stated in the application and to advance the cause of justice, the delay in preferring the Revision Application is condoned. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
