By this petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of investigation of CR. No. 615 of 2023, registered with Loni Kalbhor Police Station, Pune City, to any other agency. 2.

Learned A.P.P. on instructions of Mr. Dhananjay Dabhade, P.S.I., Loni Kalbhor Police Station, Pune City, states that the investigation is completed and the chargesheet has gone for approval and as soon as approval is granted, the said chargesheet would be filed. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition. Petition stands disposed of. 5.
