By filing this Civil Application, the petitioner is seeking restoration of Writ Petition No.3431 of 2017 which had suffered dismissal for non-removal of office objection within time. 4.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of Civil Application, we are satisfied that there is sufficient cause for non removal of office objection within time.

In the circumstances, we allow the Civil Application and order restoration of Writ Petition No.3431 of 2017 to its original number.

The office objection be now removed within two weeks.
