By this civil application, the applicants seek recall of the order dated 26th October, 2015 and for restoration of the Second Appeal No.321 of 2015 with Civil Application No.40 of 2015 and Civil Application No.41 of 2015. This civil application is filed within time. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Ad-interim order granted by this order on 13th April, 2015 and continued by an order dated 30th April, 2015 to continue till Civil Application No30 of 2015 is heard. The civil application is accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms.
