Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the Contemnor issued appointment letters dated 29.04.2017. He further submits that all four members of the Petitioners have joined the services. He submits that at the time of issuing appointment letters dated 29.04.2017 Respondents imposed some terms and conditions which are contrary to law. He seeks permissions to challenge those terms and conditions according to law. Same is permitted. Considering the submissions made by the Sneha Chavan 1/2

8 cp 442-16=.doc learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the order passed by this Court is complied by Respondents/contemnors, I do not find anything remained in the Contempt Petition.

Apart from that the Respondents Contemnors already tendered their unconditional apology for delay on their part in complying the order passed by the Trial Court as well as this Court. Unconditional apology is accepted.

Hence, following order is passed:

a) Contempt Petition stands disposed of in view of subsequent development.

b) Liberty granted to the Petitioners, if they so desire, to challenge the terms and conditions of appointment letters dated 29.04.2017 before the appropriate authority.

c) No order as to costs.
