Mr. Thorat, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner in both the Petitions after arguing for some time seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petitions with liberty to adopt alternate remedy. 2.

Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

It is clarified that this Court has not considered the merits of the matter and all the contentions on merits are expressly kept open.

However, to enable the Petitioner to adopt appropriate remedy, the impugned order of eviction shall not be implemented till 27th October 2023.
