The statement is made by the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant that though served, no one is appearing for respondent nos.2 & 3. The applicant to file affidavit of service accordingly by 6th April 2015.

Considering the order passed by this court dated 31.5.2014 whereby while admitting the petition, by an interim order, permitted the petitioners-students to appear for the examination. The petitioners-students accordingly appeared for the examination.

KJ 2/2 CAW2810.14 Therefore, on same conditions as observed by this court, in the interest of justice, by keeping all points open, we are inclined to grant prayer clause-(a).

The respondents to file reply to the main petition if not already filed, within four weeks.
