The order dated 10/10/2016 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Nashik Division, Nashik is taken exception to by way of the above Petition.

In view of the fact that a remedy by way of a 2nd Revision before the State Government being available to the Petitioner, it is not necessary for this Court to entertain the above Petition. By relegating the Petitioner to the said remedy, the above Petition is disposed of. Needless to state that the contentions of the Petitioner on merits are kept open for being urged before the Revisionary Authority. If the Revision Application is filed within two weeks from date along with the stay application, the Revisionary Authority may consider the stay application expeditiously.
