The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 411 of 2016 for the offence punishable under Section 324, 395 of the Indian Penal Code r/w Sections 37(1) to (3) and 135 of Mumbai Police Act.

On perusal of the F.I.R. depicts that a specific role is attributed to the applicant in the crime in question. The offence is serious one. No case is made out by the applicant for grant of bail, hence the application is rejected.
