This petition is entirely misconceived. Only prayer is that there should be no order passed on the proposal submitted in favour of one of the teaching staff in the school by the Education Officer. In case the approval is granted, if the Petitioner has right and locus to challenge the same and the same can always be tested then. 3.

Writ Petition is accordingly rejected.
