Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

While granting pre-arrest bail, by an order dated 14th March, 2023 this Court had imposed the following condition "Applicants have to give attendance to Rabodi police station on every Monday from 10 am to 12 noon until filing of the charge-sheet."

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the Division Bench of this Court by an order dated 26th September, 2023 in Writ Petition No. 1820 of 2023 had directed the investigating agency not to file charge-sheet without leave of the Court.

It is submitted that the applicant is 70 years of age and paralyzed. The condition of attendance operates onerously. 5.

In view of the aforesaid development and the physical condition of the applicant, the aforesaid condition stands relaxed. 6.

The applicant shall however appear before the investigating officer as and when directed.
