Mr.Joseph seeks extension of 10 days for furnishing the bank guarantee. Mr.Butala opposes this application on the ground that on several occasions in the past, applicants have assured that they will furnish the bank guarantee in the sum of Rs. One Crore. They have also applied for extension of time on several occasions and despite that, they have not furnished the bank guarantee. He invited my attention to paragraphs 3 & 4 of order dated 18/11/2015. 1/2

Mr. Joseph has not disputed that applicants have applied for extension of time on several occasions and that they have not furnished the bank guarantee on or before 30/11/2015. In view thereof and in view of paragraphs 3 & 4 of the order dated 18/11/2015, no extension as sought for can be granted. Hence, application is rejected with no order as to costs. (R.G.KETKAR, J.) 2/2
