Heard Mr. Akhil Kupade, learned Counsel for the applicant.

This is an application for restoration of Criminal Revision Application No.195 of 2018 to its original position. Criminal Revision Application was dismissed for not supplying the spare copies in the Registry. Mr. Kupade assures that on restoration of Criminal Revision Application, the applicant will furnish spare copies in the Registry within one week from today for effecting service on the respondents.

For the reasons stated in the application as also in view of the assurance as aforesaid, I am satisfied that the sufficient cause is made out for restoration of Criminal

2/2 1.APPR.533-18.doc Revision Application. Hence, Criminal Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B), (C) and (D1). Criminal Revision Application No.195/2018 stands restored to its original position. Order accordingly CRI. REVISION APPLICATION NO.195 OF 2018 1.

Mr.Kupade assures that within one week from today spare copies will be furnished in the Registry for effecting service on the respondents.

In view thereof, after supplying the spare copies within one week from today, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 28.2.2019.

Ad-interim order if any to continue till next date. It is expressly made clear that if the applicant does not furnish spare copies during the stipulated time, Criminal Revision Application No.195/2018 shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
