After filing of the above Civil Application, the Advocate for the Applicants is informed that the name of the proposed heirs of the Respondent i.e. Respondent No.1B and 1E have changed. In view thereof, the Civil Application is allowed and the Applicants are allowed to incorporate the correct names of Respondent Nos.1B and 1E. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
