The learned AGP has placed on record a copy of order dated 2nd December, 2015 passed by the State Government. The said order is passed in compliance with order dated 16th June, 2014 of which the breach has been alleged. A copy of the order is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In view of the order dated 2nd December, 2015 by which application made by the petitioner is allowed, this is not a fit case for initiating proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
