Perusal of the Petitioner's Application dated 19.08.2019 reveals that he has a grievance with respect to two complaints lodged against him by two inmates which have been named in the Application. He has sought copies of the said complaint made against him. On the same day i.e. 19.08.2019, Petitioner has filed a second Application with respect to suspension of his telephone facility for a period of 6 months from March 2019.

In so far the grievance regarding suspension of his telephone facility is concerned, the same does not subsist with the passage of time. Hence, no direction is required to be passed. 3.

With respect to Petitioner'

s grievance regarding the two complaints made by fellow inmates, the Superintendent of Nashik Road Central Prison is directed to look into the same and decide the same strictly in accordance with law.
