Mr. More, the learned AGP on instructions informed that the directions issued by this Court while disposing of Writ Petition No.1983 of 2018, dated 20th February, 2018, will be complied with and appropriate order will be passed on the representation tendered by the Petitioner by 15th April, 2019. In view of the statement made by the learned AGP, nothing survives for consideration in the contempt petition. 2.

We do not find that the failure of the Respondents to take a decision within the time-frame prescribed by the Division Bench of this Court on 20th February, 2018 is wilful. 3.
