A grievance is made by the learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioner that before expiry of the statutory period of filing an Appeal from the order passed by the Provident Fund Authority, the account of the Petitioner being Account No.2753006 of Citi Bank, D.N. Road Branch, Mumbai has been attached. 3.

In view thereof, the attachment levied by the Provident Fund Authority is set aside.

The Petitioner shall be at liberty to file an Appeal along with Interim Application within a period of two weeks from today. Upon such Interim Application being filed, the Appellate Authority shall decide and dispose off the same within a
