This contempt petition arises out of the AO No.1027/2016. Today, the appellant has withdrawn the appeal. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that all grievances of the Petitioner are already redressed. Therefore as per instructions of the petitioner, he does not want to prosecute the matter. Hence Contempt Petition is disposed of as withdrawn .
