The applicant was served with a notice under section 41A(1) of Cr.P.C on 8/9/2022. It was responded by the applicant on 1/10/2022 by stating that she is ready to report to the Investigating Officer after Dussehra due to the ongoing Navratri festival and, since she is resident of Madhya Pradesh. 2.

Now the festivity is over and the applicant must report to the Police Station. Subject to the applicant reporting to the Police Station within a period of seven days from today, the applicant deserve the following order:

The applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer on 23/11/2022.

2/2 906 ABA 3183.22.doc Upon her attendance, the Investigating Officer shall follow procedure prescribed under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C., and record reasons in writing in case he is desirous of effecting arrest of the Applicant.

The Investigating Officer shall also give advance notice of 72 hours in case he comes to the conclusion that custodial interrogation of the Applicant is necessary.
