At the outset, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend the prayer clause so as to amend the date from 09.11.2018 to 10.11.2018 and from 18.11.2018 to 17.11.2018. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

By these applications, the applicant has sought permission to travel to Singapore and back from 10.11.2018 to 17.11.2018, as per the itenary at Exh.B (page 12 of the application). 3.

The applicant herein was granted pre-arrest bail by order dated 6th February, 2017 in ABA/1777/2016. One of the condition was that the applicant shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court and shall furnish his permanent and temporary address, if any, and contact details to the Investigating Officer. 4.

The applicant has stated that earlier he and his brother-Abhijit Gaikwad had filed application seeking leave to travel abroad. However, since the itinerary of the present applicant was not available and the same was not annexed to the application, the

applicant had not pressed for the permission. By order dated 13th April, 2018, this Court had granted permission to Abhijit Gaikwad to travel as per the itinerary at Exh. C. The applicant has stated that he wishes to travel to Singapore with his family members during Diwali Vacation. He has placed on record itinerary at Exh.B, page 12 of the application. The applicant is in construction business and has roots in the society. There are no reasons for not granting permission as sought. Under the circumstances, the application is allowed on the following terms and conditions:- (i) The Applicant, who is involved in 11 C.Rs being C.R.No. 98 of 206, C.R.No.92/2016, C.R.No.93 of 2016, C.R.No. 123 of 2016, C.R.No.91 of 2016, C.R.No.101 of 2016. C.R.No.99 of 2016, C.R.No.100 of 2016, C.R.No.107 of 2016, C.R.No. 124 of 2016 and C.R.No. 97 of 2016, originally registered at Chandan Nagar Police Station is allowed to travel to Singapore as per the itinerary from 10.11.2018 to 17.11.2018.

(ii) The applicant shall deposit the amount of Rs.2 lakhs (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) towards security, before the Registrar of this Court, within a period of one week.

(iii) The applicant shall furnish his contact details and his address at Singapore to the Investigating Officer before leaving India; (iv) On return, the applicant shall immediately report to the Investigating Officer.

(v) In the event the applicant fails to comply with any of the conditions, the amount deposited as security deposit, shall stand forfeited in favour of the State.
