1] By a detailed order dated 19th November 2015, the applicant was granted interim protection by this Court. Learned APP on instructions from the I.O. submits that the applicant had attended police station as directed in the said order and has cooperated in the process of investigation. It is to be noted that the co-accused i.e. the son of the applicant and the husband of the complainant viz., Ankush Shirsat was arrested by the police and has now been released on regular bail. In view of the above, interim order dated 19th November 2015 is hereby confirmed. The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S.GADKARI, J)
